When I surveyed my life,
There's so very much to see.
Sometimes there was suffering,
And sometimes victory!
Everything that happened,
Is used by God above,
To bring about His miracles,
And show us His great Love.
You ask how God can use
A tragedy in life?
Though we don't understand,
We have to trust He's right!
Something that brings us pain,
Seems it can't be used,
But later down the line,
Everything is fused!
All the good that happens,
Has a purpose too,
When all of it is said and done,
God uses all for you!
When things are going wrong,
Or even going right,
We learn by application,
To walk by faith, and not by sight!
When we learn each lesson,
That we need to learn,
As we learn God's ways,
We'll know how to discern!
Everything's a lesson
When we're a child of God.
He can use anything
While on this Earth we trod!
So take heart and listen,
This warning's meant for you.
God really wants to help
You too learn to see things through!
